Away tickets: Away fans will be seated on the lower level of the North stand. Away fan can access the stadium via Gate 3, but may also be at Gate 1 or 2. These gates are accessible for mobility impaired fans and lifts are available if needed to access to upper levels.
Away tickets can be brought from the main Box Office and in the away ticket booth next to Gate 3. The away ticket booth is CASH ONLY (note: the rest of the entire stadium is CASHLESS). The best way to ensure you get tickets for the game is to pre-purchase them through Cheltenham's ticket office (https://www.ctfc.com/news/2024/october/24/tickets-and-travel-for-mk-dons/)
Tickets purchased from CTFC and not collected before Saturday will be available from the away ticket booth next to Gate 3 from 1pm on matchday.
Parking: Paid parking tariffs apply while parking onsite at Stadium MK. This is managed my MK1 Parking who is responsible for the parking enforcement of the Terms and Conditions of all Car Parks and associated private land with Stadium MK Ltd. All MK Dons Matchday parking is booked through RingGo.
Pre-booked Parking Pre-booked parking is available for supporters to secure their space ahead of matchday. Supporters who pre-book up to 24 hours before a matchday will receive their parking at a reduced cost of £8.00 for 12 hours (£7.80 plus £0.20 convenience fee).

On the Day Parking The price of parking on matchdays will increase to £10.00. Supporters will need to pay for parking through the RingGo app or website on arrival at Stadium MK. Should the area show as ‘unavailable’ on your website or app, the area is full booked and is unavailable to parking. Parking in an ‘unavailable’ area is in breach of the Terms & Conditions and may result in a fine. A Matchday Parking ‘How to Guide’ can be found on mkdons.com
MK Dons cannot guarantee an on-site parking space for Blue Badge holders who have not pre-booked. There are drop-off and pick-up points available outside Gates 4 and 7. Drop-off and pick-up is permitted at Gates 4 and 7 as well as outside the hotel reception, although collection outside the hotel will be limited post-match to allow for egress of pedestrians and the visiting team coach. Supporters who pre-book taxis should head to the pick-up point at Gate 7.
Patrons should park considerately in the industrial areas surrounding the stadium and NOT in the parking areas of the nearby retail and trade outlets, or in areas signed as privately owned, where there is risk of clamping. No football parking is permitted at Asda, adjacent to the stadium or at the MK1 retail park. A Parking Charge Notice of £60 will be issued for cars identified as parking for football or those exceeding the two-hour parking period.
Supporters with disabilities: At Stadium MK there are 12 designated accessable parking bays which can be pre-booked by calling MK Dons’ Box Office or by visiting mkdons.com. Access into the stadium is level and there are 20 wheelchair spaces on the concourse level and a dedicated disabled platform on the upper concourse.
MK Dons offer a free Personal Assistant ticket to supporters with a disability who are in receipt of Disabled Living Allowance, Medium or Higher level, or any level of Personal Independent Payments.
There are disabled toilet facilities in the away end of the stadium and all concession points have wheelchair friendly counter areas for supporters to purchase food and drink. Hearing impaired visiting supporters have access to an induction hearing loop which is available from the Box Office and visually impaired visiting supporters have access to MK Dons’ Soccer Sight commentary service. There are a limited number of headsets which can be pro-booked and collected from the Box Office. Supporters can request a headset upon entry to the stadium also. Just ask a steward and they will be able to help you. Soccer Sight Commentary is provided by Milton Keynes Hospital Radio.

Stadium MK along with the FA & EFL have introduced new measures and stronger sanctions to tackle anti-social and criminal behaviours at football matches. Activity such as entering the pitch, using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics, throwing objects and drug use have severe consequences. They all have no place in football or anywhere.
