We are looking forward to welcoming Robins fans to our AGM and Fans Forum on Thursday night.
As we explained earlier in the week, due to the rising infection rate and two recent cases of Covid among the Trust board, we have decided to hold the event online only.
Also, because Zoom have decided to put their prices up sharply in the past 12 months, we have taken the decision not to upgrade to the special webinar package.
This means that the meeting will be capped at 100 attendees – a figure that is usually more than adequate. It also means we will be asking for certain etiquette to be followed.
Any Robins fan can enter the meeting, simply log on using the link below just before 8pm tomorrow evening (Thursday, December 9).
You will be given a choice as to whether you want to have your camera live or not. But your sound should be automatically muted.
The first part of the meeting will be the boring bit! As the Trust formalise their elections for the year and give a brief (very brief!) resume of the past year.
We will then be inviting Cheltenham Town chairman David Bloxham, members of the board and assistant manager Russell Milton to take questions from the floor.
Regrettably, manager Michael Duff has another engagement on the night, so won’t be able to join us.
When the forum starts, we would ask anyone wishing to contribute to raise their hand in the reactions tab and use the ‘raise hand’ function.
The meeting host will then un-mute you to ask your specific question. Users can also submit questions in advance to chair@robinstrust.org.
We will also be trying our best to monitor the chat function for any questions that come in, although it will be easier to raise hand and ask in person.
In advance of the meeting, the Trust’s annual report and accounts can be found here: Trust Annual Report and Accounts - 31 May 2021
We hope that it will be an enjoyable and worthwhile event and the £64 we saved by not using the webinar function will be put to good use in buying Cheltenham Town shares.

And remember, Trust membership is still available at £10 per year, or you can chose to become one of our ever-growing list of investors who are pledging £5 or more each month.
