Annual General Meeting - 9th December - More Information and Agenda

The Robins Trust’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, December 9.

As has been tradition the AGM will be followed by an open fans forum with Michael Duff and members of the Cheltenham Town board of directors.

Both events will be open to all Robins fans, although only Trust members – as detailed below – will be able to vote.

By the time of the AGM there will be lot more activity from the Trust as we come out of a lengthy hibernation period that coincided with the Covid pandemic.

We took the decision to freeze and hold memberships in March 2020 for two reasons.

With so many unknowns we didn’t want to stretch personal budgets and also to be in a position to react and come to the club’s aid if the pandemic threatened the very existence of our club.

Happily our club is in a stable position as we get back ‘to normal’, and as such we will be contacting all our past and present members in the coming weeks to introduce a new membership system.

We hope that this will make it easier than ever to become a Robins Trust member, but also make the case as to why Trust membership ultimately benefits both the fans and the club.

At the AGM we will be putting two motions forward, one to formally adopt our annual accounts and the other to ratify our recent election.

Plans are underway as to how the AGM will be staged and we hope to hold it as an in-person event if circumstances allow, but we will make provision to stream it for those unable to attend in person.

We will be making announcements on the precise details when we are in a position to confirm them.
